An intake form ahead of time
We send a short form before your visit so you can upload inspo pictures — we walk in already on the same page.
Book the right first-time service
New guests should book New Client Color or New Client Cut — those slots give us the extra time a first visit deserves.
Booking a wardrobe appointment
Amber, our personal stylist, will reach out to you directly within 24 hours of booking to confirm the details of your session.
24-hour cancellation window
Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price. Bridal and event bookings have their own contract terms.
